How many places can you say that you don't mind a two hour wait for dinner? Appetizers and perfect old fashioneds on a deck in the sunshine followed by sublime food
What a beautiful restaurant and location! We arrived around 4:30pm on a Saturday and asked for "THE" table (table 15). We were told no problem, if we were ok with a 90 minute wait. So we waited and were paged around 90 mins later, only to be told that particular table would be at least another 90 minutes. What??? We opted for another table, with amazing views none the less. We finally made it to Ishnala!! What a GREAT restaurant!! Very impressed!! Even parking the car was a treat, driving through the beautiful woods to park and greeted with music from Frank Sinatra. The views were gorgeous, dinner was delicious and the service was fantastic. Thanks Lauren!! Our first time there, will not be our last.
I loved every moment I spent here. The decor was cool and interesting, the bar area sitting out over Mirror Lake with stunning views while we waited for our table and my steak was cooked to perfection! Did I mention I also had the Lobster Tail? I could have sworn it was right out of the ocean... �

Never disappointed and my last visit was no exception. Being in the service industry i am always very critical and looking for top notch service and food. The hostess and bartender were very attentive and professional. Sarah our server was first rate as well as the food, filet and prawns combo and ny strip. Thank you again for your consistency all of these years!!
