Authentic delicious pastries and cakes Come early or early ahead if you want any specialty items. I highly recommend their cream puff cake--it's delicious! They combine simple artistry and elegance in their cakes, and they taste delicious. This bakery is also very affordable. It's located in the Italian Market, so you can combine a trip with some food shopping.
Great cakes! The cakes at Isgro are awesome. I've gotten birthday cakes here and cupcakes as well. The cookies are a little bit lacking, but they more than make up for that with the banana creme chocolate and strawberry cake. The pies are pretty good too. The best thing I've had there was a chocolate mousse cake. This place deserves a five star rating just for that cake!
tasty treats the cakes and pastries here at isgros are very good. i have gotten many a birthday cake. the people there are very friendly and take all efforts to make sure that you are totally satisfied with the work that they do. they have very good prices for the baked goods. on the whole its a very pleasant experience to go here.

I can’t believe this. Isgro Pastries made a stunning wedding cake for my big day! It was very simple and elegant. The cake is delicious!! We went for the marbled pound cake which was our favorite and we also got a tier of lemon pound cake and a tier of raspberry pound cake! Isgro’s has very traditional flavors and styles.
