We were out of town sellers of a house with tenants, we had a contract with in a week of listing it. Isaac has a firm grasp of the market and provided useful insight and feedback when setting the price and contract negotiations. Isaac also navigated the extra challenge of a third party (tenant) seamlessly and took it upon himself to coordinate directly with the tenants which was a huge help for us.
