big disappointment I am sorry to say this dealer is dishonest! we purchased a Lincoln Navigator with a system that's is defective and did not function since day one. Everyone was nice up until car was sold. Afterward; car has a major issue and flawed, no one is interested to help. Jeff from sales tells you to go to service, Alex from service sends you back to Jeff. Jeff says to go to Adam, Adam says he has nothing to do with this issue!
