Irwin Lincoln Service My vehicle went in for a recall and i had it detailed. Oh WOW is what I can say. They kept me up to date o the process, and when I received my vehicle back, it looked like a brand new vehicle!
New vehicle The process of returning a lease car and leasing a new vehicle went smoothly and quickly.
Recent service Another great experience at Irwin Lincoln getting my MKZ hybrid serviced. They had a loaner car waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment due to a newly released recall.

Parts The people you have working for you were fabulous. I have had the same problem with my car since I bought it. It seems Lincoln can not fix the problem and every 4 months my car has been in the shop. They now said that they may have the part in by November. I love my navigator but this is ridiculous. The oil seems to burn up and Lincoln can't figure out why. My problem is the not the dealer it's the car.
