Moon Roof repair August 2020 My 2017 MKX moon-roof/sunshade stopped working. I called Irwin Service for an appointment to have it fixed. The Service Assistant Alice offered an appointment date and loaner vehicle which was acceptable. She advised the time the loaner would be exchanged for my MKX.
