I was so scared to do yoga because I didn't think I was the right body type to engage in the activity! Boy was I wrong!! Will is such a patient and attentive teacher! I highly suggest his class to anyone that interested in yoga!! I can't wait to learn more yoga poses!!
I never had never done yoga,before. My wife and I have been going for almost 2 years. They made us feel welcomed and not overwhelmed from day one. Their instructors are great. I have asthma and since going I have been in better control of my asthma and able to reduce my reliance on my medication. My doctor is,very happy with the results. I feel better than I ever have.
This is a great space... YOGA as it's intended to be... Welcoming to all and a sense of community for anyone who open their heart and mind.
Great location, love this place. It's a highlight of my week. Always feel comfortable there while growing and getting healthy.
IWC is the best kept secret in Indy...awesome staff and great space.....
