I love Rita's Tai Chi class that I'm taking with Kristi Kafoure-Slone on Tuesday nights.
I had a wonderful experience at Irvington Wellness Center yesterday during a balancing session. I woke up this morning feeling better than I have for months! I can't wait to start my new journey in wellness with Tai Chi, yoga and breathing classes.
Wonder classes, relaxing atmosphere great location .
Kitty Castaways Cat Rescue did the Cats on Mats yoga & adoption event. That was the best event I have ever done. I had so much fun. The staff makes you feel welcome and are so very helpful and professional. I will be doing more events with them. Thank you Irvington Wellness Center.
I had a wonderful experience and felt so good when the class was over, which lasted for several hours. I am looking forward to my next class.
