The vet was very friendly and I felt he cared my concerns about the health of my dog. He explained what tests were needed to help diagnose her issues and then took the time to explain the results. I'll go back.
I am so impressed with my experience with Dr. Schnarr and staff! Everyone in office is very polite and compassionate! I was in desperation when I walked in with my baby and they did not hesitate to take him right away and do what needed to be done! Although I feel we have a bit of a road ahead, I feel very blessed to have found Dr.Schnarr. Dr. Schnerr is amazing. He's straightforward yet compassionate. He's taken care of all my cats over the last 10+ years, and has performed a miracle surgery on one of my cats. The rest of the staff is equally wonderful. So friendly and so helpful. Highly recommended. I won't go anywhere else. Schnerr will tell you like it is.
Very disappointed. Called to get my dog, who is established there, in to see a vet due to mucus in his bowel movements that just came on. Receptionist told me she didn't have an opening but could get me in after the weekend on Monday. She went on to say, take him somewhere over the weekend if he gets worse.... God forbid you add one dog on to the day! This is very bad customer service as well as dismissing a condition that could be serious!
I want to thank them for taking care of my Oreo today he was a very sick boy that I had to let him go but the doctor she was so very compassionate and tried everything she could to make him comfortable . I will miss him terribly
