RecommendedDue to COVID things are different now. When you get there you call and someone comes out and gets your pet. The doc calls and explains everything that was done. Then the pet is brought back out to your car. Very nice people and very efficient. Great service.
Have been using Irvington since May 2020 for a new puppy. Got all the puppy vaccinations, about 3 appointments and had a spay scheduled. Show up 3 weeks before the surgery for routine pre surgical bloodwork to be told that their vet took a job closer to her home. Would have been nice to have been informed before showing up for appointment. Left scrambling to find another vet to do the spay. Staff was apologetic but come on. We have been bringing our dog here for 2 years for shots - monthly for nail trims. Since they changed staff, during Covid-19, they now want us to drug the dog to bring him in. I asked if he ever bit anyone and they said no. He is a very nervous dog, doesn't like riding in vehicles or strangers. Their solution was to drug him to the point that didn't eat for 2 days (did I mention he goes once a month?) Elizabeth, the vet tech, was great with him. KUDOS to her!!! Extremely and I repeat extremely overpriced. At least double if not triple the price for same services at other clinics. Same is true for prescriptions
