This place is the worst. I went for the first time waited an hour they’re running late I was being patient I kindly ask them to reschedule because I have to be back at work. I went for the second time same thing happen they’re running late I told them to come in the morning be the first one so I know they’re running on time I want to third time they were a little late but no big deal we understand that you have to wait at the doctors office.Today I went for a fourth time I waited an hour no doctor saying they said they were understaffed really this happens every time .they have the worst management I will never step foot at this place I had to take time off from my work.

I see Dr. Al and he has been amazing. I have really bad anxiety about the dentist but I always feel taken care of at Irving Park Family Dentist. And all the staff are really great with the service.. 0 stars. This place is a joke. Ivana is by far the worst. She needs to rethink her career. It’s a shame that this place has hired her. My mom and brother have received the worst treatment possible and they will be taking their business elsewhere. Poor job in both their cases. STAY AWAY!

We have always had a wonderful and positive experience @ Irving Park Family Dental from the front desk staff to hygienists to checkout staff and everything in between. I appreciate Dr. Deepa Bhatt and her staff being so patient and kind with my two young boys who always have lots of questions to ask! They love going to see Dr. Bhatt and staff and I love the time and effort she and everyone puts into my children’s dental health and mine. Also, the remodel of the office is an amazing transformation; so beautiful and inviting, not to mention the individual rooms are filled with all the modern technology and comfort. Thanks again for the positive experience Dr. Bhatt and staff!
