This place is the worst. I went for the first time waited an hour they’re running late I was being patient I kindly ask them to reschedule because I have to be back at work. I see Dr. Al and he has been amazing. I have really bad anxiety about the dentist but I always feel taken care of at Irving Park Family Dentist. And all the staff are really great with the service.. I paid for my root canals out of pocket while my insurance covered the crowns. Irving Park Family Dental did not listen to me when they fit my crown mold when I told them that it protruded too far out and that I was pinching my cheek. They told ME that it'll fit. Even after my crown installation, I told them it pinches my cheek. They told me my mouth is swollen and when it returns to normal, that it won't pinch.
