Came on my day off last minute and was able to schedule an appointment for my mom and myself with no trouble . Geovany took great care of both of us and explained the whole process to us. Great customer service and answered all our questions! Definitely coming back to this location !
I have been getting Eye Exams at Lenscrafters for years. arrays Always quick and easy but I don't think the eye glass selection is that great.
Folks I met were friendly, polite and efficient. I especially appreciated the doctor who examined my eyes and really did seem to care and offered some much appreciated advice. Yes I would recommend this place for sure, plus they were willing to take my insurance coverage thru Eye med. Much appreciated.
Had an exam with this facility. I've been attending this location for years. Yesterday was an unfortunate experience that has me looking for another doctor. No problems previously with the staff, however in the last year the place has changed. The same doctor I've had previously was rude and distant. Comments or questions I asked were ignored by the doctor (bad day at work I guess), the technician who did the pre-checks was the most miserable person I've ever seen through no fault of her own it seemed.
