Just finished the Start & First Day of the "Beginners" Group Workout!!! I wasn't disappointed- in fact, extremely impressed!!! Cobi, Hector & Crew continue to Run (haha) a First Class Operation. I thought it's been two years since I've run with their Monday'Nighters.. Now, looking at the old photos, it's almost Three years since I've done organized group interval running for improvement... And I'll be the first to admit, yes I'm a e again and iRun will see me next Thursday May 28th for Day 2 of 'Beginners'! Thanks guys!
