Had a booster pump for a community well and controller installed by them last August for a new home. Had nothing but problems for the next 6+ months. Long story short, another company let me know irrigation specialists installed the pump vertically against manufacturer requirements when it should have been installed horizontally. Totally fried the impeller housing. Also the piping they installed leaked like crazy. In addition, pump controller was never programmed properly. They obviously aren't the same company they used to be. New owners have no loyalty.
I will never step foot in that store again! That act of terminating an employee of 30 years to (one year till retirement) in replacement of a younger, cheaper, inexperienced person. This is completely disgusting and you have brought nothing but shame into a once proud establishment. I for one hope you go bankrupt.
Loyalty is not a consideration. Shameful.
The new owners had an employee of 30 years... one year til he retired... train a young man and then fired him. Take your business elsewhere.
