Once I was able to actually speak with a rep. the rest of the process went smoothly. Roger did a great job.
We called IRRIGATION & LIGHTING SPECIALIST (704-747-0235) and they agreed to come the next day to repair and tune-up our home irrigation system. Roger arrived right on time and patiently adjusted the many heads that needed attention. Our previous “irrigation guy†wanted to charge us to replace a valve, but Roger saved us plenty of money by honestly tightening a screw and telling us that the valve is fine. Now our system is working like new and we are finally happy to find an honest pro – highly recommended.
They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up after the project!

Ralph the tech was on time and very informative. I want to expand my system and he was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done.
Specialist did a good job determining what the problem was (cracked seal in one of the valves). Specialist had to dig up box to fix valve. Did a really good job of getting sod and dirt back around the box. This box was in the middle of my front yard, so it was great that he took the time to make sure lawn looked okay after digging.
Prompt response, complete assessment and repair of my irrigation system at a fair price. Will use their service in the future and will recommend them to neighbors and friends.
Did a thorough job of looking at what needed to be added and subtracted from current system; thoroughly explained options; answered all questions completely and was very pleasant to work with. Was on time.
