Professional courteous service by office personnel (Lauren) who also went above and beyond in keeping us posted of schedule for service and arrival of technician on service date. Technician (Raphael) was knowledgeable and efficient in replacing our leaking back flow in the irrigation system. Cost was very competitive and we are up and running. Thank you!
The tech showed up when expected and was thorough checking our sprinkler system. The cost was a little more than we planned but in the long run it will be work it.

We tried to accommodate the homeowner's scheduling requirements for the installation of an irrigation system. Unfortunately, we are unable to work within his required time schedule, and we have refunded his deposit. Although we have not performed any work for the homeowner, we wish him well with his project.
Showed up over 45 minutes late from confirmed appt time. I had to leave 30 minutes after the appt time to return a rental item, but spoke to the man when he finally arrived at my house by phone. I instructed him to adjust my sprinkler heads as needed and there was a few that may need to be replaced. I told him I would return as soon as I could, but to call me before leaving. The technician was extremely knowledgeable & courteous as was the office staff. The technician was able to repair my irrigation system far beyond what I expected. He did so in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. He also provided me with valuable information to maintain the system which operates from a well. I couldn't be happier with their service. I am also requesting a quote from them for landscape lighting.
