Do not hire this company. John, the owner, will promise a high end job, but they will deliver a sub-standard one. That is on top of charging you an exponential amount of money for a poor job. Also, they subcontract to other companies who do not give two shits about quality; they just care about completing the work so they can get paid. FINALLY! It's taken me 3 years but I've finally found an irrigation company that's responsive, knowledgeable, and has fair pricing. Customer service was friendly, responsive, and kept me informed of what was happening and when. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. A minor issue that I had was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. And best of all, the prices were fair and the fee structure was laid out up-front, so I knew what to expect. Fantastic response time - I needed a leak repaired in my underground sprinkler system and Irrigation & Lighting Specialists came out the same day. They also made a recommendation to move a sprinkler head for better coverage. Very professional and courteous. I was so impressed, I m hiring them to install accent lighting for our home. I highly recommend them.
