Too pricy for what it is – The food was quite pricy for what it was. I've ordered paella because I loved it in Spain and it was nowhere near what it should be. Otherwise (if you don't mind leaving a lot of $) it was ok - service was nice and quick.

Great Vegetarian meals One of the best veggie restaurants in the Triangle. Prices are wonderful and the food is of good quality. Tastey, most veggie burgers are blah, but they fix theirs with taste! Good service and friendly servers.

Too expensive for what it offers – The food was good but on the bland side, and more expensive than it should have been. It didn't offer much of a vegetarian menu. The service was good. I guess this place is not meant for thirty somethings, it's a good place to take your parents, if they like bland food. the pictures on the wall show a better irregardless 30 or more years ago. It's a weird change.

The best place on Sat. nights – I ate at the irregardless last Sat and had the best experience. I had heard about the dancing on Saturday nights and really wanted to try it out. I called for reservations and the hostess was very helpful in getting me the right time for my date and I. She put me down for 8:30 which was perfect because I had enough time to enjoy the wonderful meal and dessert before the dancing started at 9:30. The dancing was a ton of fun! What a disappointment! – I had heard many good things about the Irregardless Cafe, but my experience with the place was less than favorable. I attended on Valentine's Day in 2008, and I ordered the Spicy Shrimp with Polanto. I got lots of polanto and about a half a cup of the shrimp and veggies with a grand total of three medium sized shrimp. All for $16. What a rip off. It was tasty, but not worth the price. Not good for groups – Extremely disappointed...I run a group for women in Raleigh and we do a monthly dinner, I was excited for us to try out Irregardless for a dinner party over a month away, however upon speaking with the 'events coordinator', I was told that our party of 20 would need to be sat before 6pm on a Saturday as 'we need those tables back by 9pm'...Wow...I made the statement that perhaps we should go elsewhere since Irregardless might not be able to accomodate large parties and she said that would probably be be... read more

A letdown – Ate there for Christmas dinner. Poor service- twice the waiter tried to give me the wrong dish. No bread or any included starters for a $27 turkey entree. Turkey itself was half dark, pieces of gristle and fat, and too tough to cut. I've never had that experience before. No gravy for mashed potatoes. Flavorless beans. Fine dining in romantic atmosphere Irregardless cafe is one of the better meals I have had in Raleigh, NC. With the exception of the host who seated us whenever we went, it was a good restaurant that I would visit again. The host always seemed to make a comment that would make us feel a little unwelcome, we don't know whether this was due to a wry sense of humor or if it was an indication of him harboring some kind of negative opinion of us. Irregardless, the food was very good.

Great place to Relax Great place to relax from a stress day. I really enjoyed my visit here. The Cafe was clean and customer friendly. You can listen to wonderful jazz as you eat and drink. The tea was one of a kind. When you are in Raleigh you have to check it out.
