This clinic has gone to the bottom of the bottom. The receptionists are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They don’t know how to get things done properly. After Dr Dashti left I got switched to Dr Wasan, I found it’s extremely difficult to understand her nor she understands my needs. I don’t think I can trust a doc like this anymore.
The Whiteoaks Pharmacy’s Pharmacist Shareef is awesome. He and his staff are very pleasant and quick with preparing our prescriptions.
After Dr Dashti left, I was automatically switched to Dr Wasan Mohammed and the lever of care, follow ups, diagnosis has been absolutely terrible. I have thankfully switched to a new family doctor and when I shared my recent conversations, bloodwork and other test requisitions the doctor was shocked and did not understand why. My conditions continue to be outstanding and when asked, Wasan was unable to explain to me what the solution was which is quite concerning. There is a reason why her rating is 2.7. Me and my family have been going to Dr.Antowan for the past few years. Never once had an issue.
I had a very upsetting experience with this doctor. During what was supposed to be a simple meet-and-greet, he refused to take me on as a patient. When I calmly asked if he was rejecting me for discriminatory reasons — since I’m a transgender person — he raised his voice at me in a rude and unprofessional way. I left the appointment feeling shaken and disrespected. Every patient deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and fairness, regardless of who they are. Il be reporting this to CPSO.
