The neatest place to live!!
I have lived here for approx. 1.5 months. Based on the current rental inventory in Indianapolis, Ironworks is one of your better options. Some areas of construction are not exactly top of the line nor are the finishes in the apartment, but at least the shortcomings are reflected in fair monthly rental rates. Although you might be told that you will not be able to hear noises outside of your apartment, this is not accurate. Update: All moved in and everything is awesome. Love the apartment, common areas, and although obscure the garage door opens so fast it's actually pretty cool. The staff as been great and everyone that we have met that lives there is pretty friendly. Moving in end of October! Very excited for my new digs.
I welcome it for I work at Saks Fifth Avenue at the Fashion Mall. Been watching this bldg go up It will be another hot spot in Indy
