I love Iron House it is the gym for misfits....my trainer Ashley Bowman is the best!
Iron House has become a part of me. Started w Megan as my trainer andloved her. When Megan moved away, I moved over to @Amy Beth Hall. Love her, too! I love that all are welcome here and no one is considered a lost cause. Jeff and Derrick, I hope you know what you have put together. The wake zone of IH is vast and wide. I know gyms come and go, but this one needs to be here forever!!!
I love Iron House! Seriously this has been one of the best experiences. The personal trainers really take the time to learn you in every aspect. They’re realistic. They’re understanding. They also hold you accountable. The trainers are incredibly compassionate about their clients. I’m so thankful for Iron House Strength & Conditioning to be side by side with me on my journey to sustaining a healthier life style!
Great place to get fit and strong, owners are great folks. Love the old school feel!
Great atmosphere and equipment, hardcore old school feel , big place you wont every feel crowed or have to wait for a machine.
This is the ultimate gym! No frills or thrills. Just a gym that has awesome equipment and offers outstanding atmosphere!! The folks are GREAT! My go to gym when I travel.
