Ok; I've been corrected, my review of Next Level was meant for Iron House Strength........ It was a friendly environment, women were there to get it in; the atmosphere reminded me of the Iron Pit in Oakland CA. Nothing pretty because it's all about the Iron. Can't wait for next session. Thanks Jim Higgason for taking me on. I'm sure Next Level is awesome too but I need to give my credit to where it is due, I got my butt kicked @ Iron House Strength.

I love this gym. I searched for over a year to find a gym that fit my needs. Coming from a crossfit background, I feel in love with Olympic lifting. Other gyms that I went to lacked the equipment I needed, and members actually made fun of me for trying to work on form with what little they did have. When I came to Iron House I was totally discouraged, sure I'd never really find a gym home. NOT THE CASE! Derrick, Jeff, and Ashley were so welcoming. This is really a gym for everyone. I absolutely love this place. Gyms can be intimadating but this gym is not just a gym it's a family, a home. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The trainers are not in it for the money they are completely 100% there for you, they want nothing more than to see you get to your goals. Tyler A is an awesome trainer. He pushes me while pushing himself. When his clients have specific needs he does his research to meet those needs. Every trainer here is amazing. Want an average gym join pf want a family and a home, join iron house!
