Old school gym with everything you need to get in shape.
absolutely love Iron House. felt welcome from day 1 from staff and other members. great environment, equipment, staff and members. love the old school feel of the gym while also having up to date equipment but more importantly up to date knowledgeable staff/coaches. will continue to use iron house as long as I live in the Nashville area.

I've been a member at IHSC since 2017 and it is by far one of the best gyms to work out in. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The members are friendly as well. The variety of equipment is helpful to my present goals as well as 24 hour access.
The staff at this gym are amazing. The people we have met so far are focused and driving to be the best they can. The whole focus of this place is to be the best you can be and they motivate and help you to get there.
