The attitude at iron girlz is very positive and welcoming. I love that there is no " gym " pressure. The women are all sizes, shapes, and ages. You workout at your own pace with encouragement and enthusiasm from other women. The best thing I can say is on top of the comradely you also see RESULTS. Love, love my experience here.
