It's a great gym for women! I loved the positive and motivating environment!!! I lost 9 1/2 inches when I did the 28 day challenge and learned I can push myself harder that I thought!

If you are a female looking for a great place to get an awesome workout in with ladies who do not judge but support you no matter what ... This is the place! Your fitness level doesn't matter as the trainers will offer options to most moves ensuring that no injuries occur while building your strength and endurance. This place is the only thing I miss since moving.
