I continue to be impressed with the thoroughness, care, and professionalism of Iron City Dentistry. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend this wonderful dentist and her team!!
Let me first say, I had been a patient there for over a year and have had some good experiences, but this review is about my daughter. Yesterday, my daughter had a 9:00 appointment to have a crown placed. My daughter did her part and paid for the crown and got there on time. However, Dr. Frese took her sweet time and numbed her 30 minutes into the visit and probably forgot about that and numbed her again. After waiting over an hour, she decided to place the crown. Hygienist Anna Kate is the best. I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned for years and teeth has never looked this clean. Thanks Anna Kate, I will be back
I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office. Dr. Frese treats her staff as if they are beneath her, which is uncomfortable to witness as a patient. Her attitude can come across as very condescending, and she seems to get frustrated when patients aren’t able to afford recommended treatments. That kind of pressure and lack of understanding is not what you expect in a healthcare setting. I’ve also noticed a lot of staff turnover so many workers have come and gone just this year.
