Excellent place with the best of instructors. I exercise in Trudi Rollan's classes in the evenings on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30PM. She also teaches morning Silver Sneakers classes. This lady is the owner of the gym, and as an instructor, she absolutely knows what she is doing. I feel I am my healthiest best as I want to go to exercise instead of dreading it.
