I've been a patient for the past 6 years and have been extremely happy with their service. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is state of the art, clean and comfortable. The doctors are clear with explanations of treatments and pricing, and I've never experienced pain while receiving treatment. Dr. Jim Raman did my braces and simply put, he's a true perfectionist. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I should be biased because I know the staff and my mother works at this office. She has been practicing tooth warrior skills for over 20 years...ish. This facility is jaw dropping. The staff is the best I have ever dealt with. Their technology combined with their passion is mesmerizing. If you are not a patient, you are missing out. I have received service from every office my mother has worked at and this one is the best.

RecommendedAppointment times are on time. No long waits. Greeted with smile from all the staff. Sweet southern hospitality. Wonderful work. They work on my 2, 5, and 7 year old. The child wait area is full of stuff for kids to play with in its very own room. Ortho I have had nothing but great experience with. They came in on their weekend off to fix my bracet.

RecommendedMy children previously went to Wild Smiles for the past 5 years but I decided not to have my children return there due to the lack of professionalism and customer service I was receiving. I am so disappointed with this place. If you quote someone on a procedure, then honor that quote. Especially is you’re off by over $600. You knew I was out of network and quoted me for in-network. Didn’t even take part of the blame and split the difference. That’s sad. Way to support the military.
