I went to Irmo Smiles due to a recommendation. The staff was friendly and cordial. I had a couple of bad teeth that I needed removed. They took my insurance card and information and I was taken to an office. At that point the Dr Recommended three extactions. I inquired how much would that cost after insurance. The nurse took my card again, and came back with an amount of $246.60. I once again asked it that was my total out of pocket expense, she said yes. I told the Dr to proceed and he did. RecommendedAs we come to the halfway mark of 2020, many of us reflect on the blessings we have received during this challenging year. They are lucky I didn’t come with my wife to my sons first dentist appointment, after the story I heard from my wife and mother in law..got there 30 mins early to complete paper work and still waited an additional 20 mins when there was NO ONE ELSE THERE.. that will be the last time we will ever go to this office. I love the customer service & staff. My kids never been excited about going to the dentist, but they know at Irmo smiles the staff treat them nice & makes them feel comfortable.
Dr.Misti Raman is seriously the best dentist in the state!!! She's so very intelligent and knows what she's doing! She also has a GREAT staff in her practice!
I had my first dental implant. Misti did my crown.
Too much change of professional staff, (pediatric office) from the dental hygienist to the dentists. We left the practice after a year and half. Wish we would have left earlier, one the rotating dentists work has already had to be redone. Really disappointed since the practice had great reviews from friends.
