My children & I love Irmo Smiles. I especially love the fact that we can all be seen under one roof and usually in the same day. If my appointment has not concluded before my kids', they love to hang out in the game room. Oh and BONUS FEATURE: they have fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies when your visit has finished!
After paying my part at each visit, there was always a follow-up bill ranging from $60 to $300. Their justification was that my insurance didn’t pay what they expected. After the first time this happened, I asked that they be more accurate in the amount up front, but it kept happening. THEN SOME!
Great, Great, Great. I am a patient of Dr. Karen and she's wonderful. My service today was fast, easy and we talked as if we knew each other for awhile even though it was my second visit. She is caring and loves what she does.
I'm terrified of the dentist due to some of the last ones I have dealt with. I called Irmo Smiles just to see about an issue I was having and was immediately scheduled to be taken care of. I was amazed by their hospitality and eagerness to help me be calm and get my issue resolved. Dr. Bill and his staff were amazing. The whole place was amazing. Another GREAT and gentle cleaning by Ashley! Lori patiently showed me how miraculously my teeth are straightening, thanks to Dr. Jim’s confident use of Invisalign. Smiling and helpful greetings from Lorraine and Melody just make you feel SO welcome!! Can’t say enough about this incredibly visual practice and the feeling of being surrounded by employees who love where they work!! Amazing first ever visit to the dentist. My little one loved it so much she cried because we had to leave. The staff was incredibly child friendly from the front desk all the way out the door. Thank you!!

My daughter has been a patient since 2014. Her treatments began 2-15-15 and she had her braces removed 10-1-18 . Amazing staff, always friendly and very family oriental. look at the amazing work. All of kids are a patient of this wonderful establishment.
I have never received such a warm welcome at a medical office! We were introduced to staff member and everything was explained in detail! See you in November for braces 😁
