Dr Wingrove is the best Neurologist in Central Texas. She goes above & beyond to diagnose & treat her patients. It has actually been more affordable for me to use an out of network provider like Dr Wingrove since she doesn’t force unnecessary testing. Dr Wingrove was able to get ivig treatments approved quickly by my insurance company. My last in network Neurologist didn’t even try! I highly recommend Dr Wingrove.
Dr. Wingrove is incredible. She's the kind of "once in a blue moon doctors" that you don't let go of once you find. She listens attentively to what's going on with you, asks questions to help root out the cause of your issue(s), and uses her knowledge of the latest medical/medicinal information to develop a plan to help you improve your quality of life, She's a fantastic doctor--one I'm happy to recommend to family & friend alike--so I'll be with her for the long haul.
Dr. Wingrove was great, patiently helping us with treatment for my husband's Parkinson's disease. Because we were paying her directly, outside of insurance/Medicare, she was able to spend the time we needed to address complex medical issues. She also persuaded the insurance company to cover his prescription drug at the approved drug rate, saving us over $100 per month. The savings we achieved by consulting her more than made up for the cost of her consultation.
Dr. Wingrove seems to truly care about her patients. She is a great listener and she goes out of her way to provide the most up-to-date information the condition you have and how to best treat it.
