Dr Wingrove takes time to listen to you and does not rush through your appointment. I feel Iike we are a true team working together to solve problems. Neurological issues are complex and individual. Dr Wingrove answers my questions and emails with great care and concern. She does in person and also does virtual visits.I recently tried to change my scripts to a neighborhood pharmacy. Dr. Wingrove will initially make you feel like maybe you’ve finally found a doctor who will listen and who will help you, but after the first appointment you will never hear from her again. She was even going to coordinate with my other doctors (which is rare) but she has not returned their calls. She was going to order some new tests/labs, but she has ignored my messages and calls for two months now to find out how to do the testing she wanted me to do. I’ve been completely ghosted. I don’t understand. Save your money.
Dr. Wingrove listens! She takes the time to get to know her patients and their medical history. She thinks outside the box at the whole picture abd discusses options many other doctors don't bother to mention.I highly recommend her for anyone who has known neurological issues or anyone who suspects they may have.
Dr. Wingrove is a phenomenal Neurologist - she provides a rare combination of knowledge, compassion, and positive bedside manner for her patients, all whilst working exceptionally hard to ensure the best possible care. Dr. Wingrove routinely goes above and beyond in ensuring her patients receive the best treatment and solutions for their problems, all whilst spending the time to listen closely to what you as a patient need. Appt scheduling is quick/easy. Over 5 years, I've never had a problem nor conflict with the online scheduling tool and have been able to schedule by phone when I couldn't access the tool. Multiple communication paths make this office unique. Dr Wingrove is my 2nd neurologist and by far the best! My symptoms were/are atypical and it seemed as if my previous neurologist gave up. Dr Wingrove listened, performed a thorough exam and testing to get to the root. She has been available to me for unplanned virtual visits due to a shift in symptoms. Truly thankful for this wonderful doctor. She actually gives you the time to talk about your symptoms and make an accurate diagnosis. Grateful to not just be given drugs as a bandaid to mask symptoms but an actual plan to get my life and body back. Wish there was more like her- but so happy I found her and she is my doctor!
