Dr. Wingrove is not only brilliant and an excellent diagnostician she is caring and compassionate. When you're in her office you have her full attention. She has helped me go from incredible pain and numbness to a new person. She answers all your questions and is available through the patient portal as well.
Highly recommend Dr. Wingrove. She is a brilliant, caring doctor who takes the time to listen.
This doctor is fantastic. If you're sitting around waiting for a GP to refer you to a neuro, wait on that neuro to call you, go back to that neuro a few times before they prescribe testing etc etc - you may need a psychiatrist instead. This gal is fantastic. She went well over out alotted consult time, listened to every symptom and had no issue with testing if it made me feel better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Not to mention I got in very quickly because theres none of the referral mess!
Dr. Wingrove was a lifesaver for me. I had been to three neurologists in Austin over the past ten years and they more or less ignored me. After my first visit with Dr. Wingrove, I finally had a diagnosis. One of the best things about Dr. Wingrove is that she takes time to listen and really pays attention to you. In this day and time, that is so rare. Honestly, she's like the "Dr. House" of Austin. In addition, she thinks out of the box for treatment.
Dr. Wingrove save our daughter's life! We live in Marble Falls, Tx. Our 25 year old daughter became ill with severe neurological symptoms and despite visits to 16 specialist, she continued to decline. Dr. Wingrove is an amazing neurologist & person. She listened intently & respectfully, diligently reviewed all medical records, arranged testing, diagnosed, & created a medical plan for our precious girl. We cannot thank Dr. Wingrove enough for her incredible, unending support. We are blessed!
Getting a neurological diagnosis can be a years-long process, and that's what I had been going through when I found Dr. Wingrove. You can absolutely trust her. It could be that my disease had progressed to a point to be diagnosable, where it hadn't been for the previous years, but she was able to tell on my first visit. This was at her previous location, so I can't review the scheduling etc. now.
No - no - no - and no!!! I recommend going anywhere else. This doctor is all about 9-5 girlie time at work and does not take her practice serious. Stuff just don't work there!!
This doctor can't even maintain an electronic system that syncs their office appointment calendar with their own website calendar. No need to schedule online for an appointment as it DOES NOT work. What makes it even worse, they know it and do nothing about it. Dear Doctor, your diplomas and certificates are worthless if you cannot even have the very elementary things working. What a junky business, 3rd rate. Therefore, why should anyone trust you for anything more? You rate ZERO.
No way would I recommend this office to anyone!!
