HELLO Hair Skeptics! EMILY will TAKE CARE of you!!! – I have been in the Austin area for almost 3 years now. *Best Eyebrow wax with Emily* – *I love Emily! AND I am SOOOO glad that she is back at Iris Salon* Never have i ever had a better eyebrow shaping with anyone else! First of all she actually does a thorough consultation with you, most people just start waxing away!! Totally scary and bound for horrible results!! Go to Emily! – I absolutely loved Emily! She gave me the best haircut that I have had in the longest time! Please do not let the other reviews fool you, this salon went through a horrible mgmt change-over in the last 4 months!!! I have never felt more welcome, comfortable or at home in a salon before. This place was very relaxing and everyone was nice! I can not wait to go back for my highlights! Thank you Emily!
best worst salon in the neighborhood! – I've been here a few times every now and again thinking that it will get better next time. I like to give everyone a fair chance, 'cause everyone including myself has a bad day everyone once in a while but Iris Salon it seems has a bad day EVERYDAY. I'm Happy their back!!!!! – Well, back in July I had gone in to get my hair cut by Crystal, but they had told me that she was no longer their, honestly it was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon.( I had said to myself I will never go back), but In October I got am email from them and it took me by surprise that it had Crystals' name at the bottom. Worst Nightmare ever !!!!!! – This place is just the worst nightmare you ever seen. Dirty, everybody is so bored and looks lazy. Lady at the front desk met me with so broken English that I asked her a few times what does she mean cause I really couldn't understand her English. I felt that I piss her off, but is it my fault that you run a business in the States , but don't even speak "intermediate" language of this country? relaxing – I would like to say that I had a great experience when i visited Iris Salon ,I to own my own business and I belive that you are a leader by example and Ms Linda is a sweet woman with a great staff I will let all my friends know about this place ,and for the negative people leaving rude reviews I thing you should take a step back and read what you wrote there is enough negative energy in this word for spoiled little ...... like you all to be downing people whom are just trying to make it especially woman hateing on... read more
Iris Salon is my new place !!! – I went to the salon for a regular haircut and ended up with a great haircut , a manicure and massage (That Really needed). The ladies were very friendly and even offered a little glass of wine while they worked in my hair and later nails. the new owner was very nice and made sure all my needs were taken care of and also helped me with my 2 kids while I was being pampered... Thank You Thank You for a very nice time ... I for one will see you all soon AJ
