Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Definitely. They ridiculed me when I asked for additional details Did this provider use excessive foul language? Yes! It was very unprofessional! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms child-friendly. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
