I’ve been with them over a year. I was hospitalized for bilateral pulmonary embolisms on life support for over a month. When I come back despite the fact that I’ve paid all my bills in the past. I provided them with hospital records. Verifiable hospital records. And still met with unprofessional. Terrible customer service. They refuse to activate our account and won’t let yoh speak to anyone on the phone. Absolutist wretched customer service. Absolutely wretched.

I also have been having nonstop issues with IRB. Interdepartmental miss communications, false information to resolve a problem. Not documenting when I called and for the reason. I had to change my phone number, and they disabled my account because they can't verify my new number, any of my backup numbers (which have been active for a long time on my mobile bill) accountability is non-existent. They don't care about the customers. I'm losing significant amount of money because of their failing protocols and business issues

Would give zero stars if I could. I was a paying member for years until they canceled my subscription because I had to update my phone number. This company is completely unprofessional and said they were going to verify my new number, but then months went by and they just disabled my subscription instead. TLO is way better and worth the money and more professional.
