Did the necessary work and had the car ready for the amount they said and at the time they said.
My experience at IRA Tewksbury has always been great. Salesman Ken Oeun has been with us for years and we will always take the 90 minute drive for his service. No hassle with the numbers and they will take good care of you.
great service department, easy to work with, my only complaint is that I wish they would send you a courtesy notice as to when your car is going off warranty in case it's between services you could bring it in for a diagnosis test to make sure nothing is wrong that might of been covered under warranty, my car was actually in 2 months before and wasn't told about it, oh well, live and learn.
Always fast and easy service. Everyone is nice and a pleasure to work.
