Sales staff up-sell you to death. Poor recommendations a few years ago have us having to replace tires on our Sienna after 18 months. I just don't trust these people, and it's costing me and arm and a leg.
Worst place I have ever purchased a vehicle! I would recommend anyone who is looking to look elsewhere. Go to the Woburn location... I purchased a 2018 4Runner that was loaded with accessories that caused nothing but problems for us. I would like to add before I get into detail that I am pregnant and the amount of stress that this has put onto me and my family is is just horrible.
