RecommendedWas finally able to get ALL my recalls done with Cody’s help. He kept me updated as often as he could...sometimes 3 or 4 calls in one day. This has been by far one of my best experiences at Ira Toyota of Tewksbury.....even the operator at the Toyota phone bank was awesome (Felecia). they were easy to deal with. they gave me more money up front for my trade-in. the salesman was very nice and came highly recommended. the dealership is under construction so definitely give them a shot and ask about their increased inventory

I have been a Toyota driver since 2008. I was scheduled for an oil change for 11:45am today....I went back at 4:30pm to find out that they were still working on it...5 hours for an oil change!!! ....I also had a cracked left side mirror that I needed repaired...The quote $450...Seriously?...I will be calling Honda on Monday...Sad, but customer service is most definitely not Toyota’s top priority...
My wife’s highlander transmission failed after 140k miles. IRA helped locate a remanufactured Toyota transmission for a reasonable price. It was still cheaper to pay for a new transmission than buy another car. I appreciate how David Joyce, customer rep was patient and took the time to educate me and help me make a good decision. He always tries to distinguish between repairs needed immediately versus items that could be put off. excellent service by courteous staff
some of the service staff are super rude. I called back a few hours after my service appointment to ask for a price adjustment because I had a coupon from this dealership and the guy who answered my call just said no. 😒
Service Dept. technician, Chris, was outstanding-knowledgeable and courteous.
