I have had several sessions with Dr. Kotch. My tooth cracked, and Dr. Kotch extracted half of the tooth and performed a root canal. Both procedures were done perfectly. After that, my satisfaction level dropped significantly. I felt the overall service was too commercial and not the best options are always recommended. Too many Xrays are taken and several appointments are booked at the same time, so the dentist is multi-tasking and unable to provide full personal attention.
