Received next day service for a small job (hose faucet replacement) without even asking. Aaron arrived on time, had all the required parts and worked efficiently, despite all my questions, very professional and competent - Thanks Aaron! Third time I have used IH&S and will continue to do so.

David and Cao were at our house yesterday to fix what I thought was two plumbing problems. One turned out to be electrical but David did enough on it to allow a diagnosis. The other was fixed professionally and fast. They were nice guys and we will use Hansen Plumbing again the next time we need help.

David called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and inspected the problem and determined needed repair. He did have to go to Northern Nevada Supply for parts which delayed completion of the repair for a little bit. He had to repair with different type parts than original since NNS did not sell the exact part that leaked. David made the necessary changes to make the repair. I left the repair site open over night to assure no leakage. Found no leaks the next morning and back filled the excavated hole.
