They never showed up for the appointment, never called , and when I called the3 office shortly before 5, they put me on hold and clocked out. NEVER AGAIN.

Martha we are so sorry about the glitch with your appointment. Our business office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Sorry we didn't receive your phone call during our after hours answering service. Our plumber left a message yesterday (the day of the appointment to arrange coming out later), and the owner left a voice mail this morning to try and help make this situation right. We hope we can rectify your concerns by communicating with you so please call us back.
Most reasonable price around. I called them to to a complete pipe repair Job. Bryon showed up and was so efficient and very friendly also explained everything to me. He went beyond his duty. Thank you for the great service. I will recommend your services to anyone. Thank you!!
I always called H and S when I have plumbing issues. The 12 of January Tracy came and replaced the farcet in my kitchen. He had new one in his truck so we didn't have to go buy another one. He was fast and very honest in his work. He knew we needed a new farcet and there was no guess. Very happy with his work and Hansen and Sons.
Tracy and Brian were so fast!! They were in, and out and replaced the guts of the bathroom appliance, put it all back together, and left in less than 40 minutes!! (And, that wasn't an easy task, otherwise I could have done it, since I had done the other two, already.) My downstairs appliance is fitted under a tile shelf, so the tank had to be removed to replace the guts, then, it had to be carefully re-installed. They were most efficient, and friendly, too!

Tracy did a great job fixing the plumbing on are upstairs toilet,working great. I've always have used and trusted Ira Hansen&Sons plumbing.
Tracy was professional and friendly. Thank you for a plumbing job well done! It was good to have a professional plumber fix the leak from the toilet tank and replace all the parts to insure that the toilet will work well for a long time to come.
