We use Hansen and Sons for all our plumbing issues. We own a 1992 home in Reno and have had a number of problems, either a pipe burst in a bedroom wall, a new water heater, sprinkler system repair. All done quickly and expertly. Feels good to know you can depend on this company.

EXCELLENT experience. Hired them to install a whole house water conditioning system. Ralph was professional and did a great job. The next day they followed-up to ensure everything was working as expect. I highly recommend IRA Hansen for your plumbing needs.

AMAZING experience and the best customer service! Tracy & Taylor made a terrible situation turn into a quick repair and an educational one too! Our outdoor irrigation pipe burst and Tracy was able to come over within hours to repair and teach us how to take better care of our outdoor water system and he even gave us some tips to keep our new water heater in great condition. Thank you for saving the day and doing it with a smile!! We will be better prepared for next winter and know who to call and recommend to anyone in need ... read more

Just an update from my post a few days back! This group is the best. Thayne not only handled the initial assessment and installation timely but he was very quick to respond and return to make a couple of minor operation adjustments. Ira Hansen and Sons, including Thayne, are going on our short list of who to call for any plumbing concern!
