Shana's cleaning is excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to come back every 3-4 months. It's too bad you don't give any discount for the people who doesn't have dental insurance.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Yamada is very thorough and his explanation of the procedures are easy to follow.
Gary did a great job. I have to say those shots he gave me were the least painful I have ever had. My Novocain has not worn off yet but so far everything seems great .
Dear Dr. Lo and IPI Staff: This was my first experience with needing an Implant. I also have very little experience with any major dental work outside of normal routine cleaning visits. I recently had a serious accident and now need some major dental work completed. good technique used. Friendly and on time service.
I experienced a new hygienist today. He was very professional, pleasant, and thorough. I accumulate plaque very quickly and must have a cleaning every three months. Gary did an excellent job. I experienced no pain, very little bleeding, and my teeth feel extremely clean. I will request him each time I visit.
Went in for a cleaning, and it was great! The dental hygenist (I don't remember her name), was very thorough. I was very happy that not only did she walk me through everything she was doing, but also why she was doing it. It was a very informative cleaning! Also she was very attentive to see if I was in any discomfort. All around, great customer experience!
