I had a great experience today with the doctor and his staff. the staff was friendly and the office environment was inviting and I can tell, had state of the art equipment/technology. The doctor was prompt and provided a clear diagnosis of what I had, as well as a plan for remediation. I felt very confident leaving the office and would highly recommend the doctor to others.
It was my first time to IPI. Courteous and professional staff, which I lately haven't found at medical/dental offices. Kim at the front desk offered that Dr. Yamada was running several minutes late, which made the wait more acceptable. After reviewing my x-rays, Dr. Yamada said he wasn't sure if an implant on the tooth that had been recommended by my dentist would fix my problem. A great experienceâ?¦very friendly, helpful, and competent staff front & back. This is a best-in-class, ethical dental practice where the staff can be proud of their work. On the first visit I had an on-site CT-scan . Dr. Lo then very patiently reviewed this with me on-screen identifying my current issues and treatment options with likely outcomes and the cost/benefit of each option.
