Always great service and professionalism.
This office is very professional and friendly. The ladies at the desk are very courteous and personable. The Hygienist, Gary, is very professional, pleasant and personable. It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Yamada's office.
Dr. Yamada is patient, gentle and doesn't scare me to death. His staff is the same (and the staff can make or break the best of doctor's practices). He's the best, and his staff.
Dr. Yamada and his staff are exceptional! I would highly recommend! I've known them for over 20 years. They have my business for life!

Not looking forward to having the posts put in for two implants and bone graphs, I nervously showed up for my appointment. The whole thing took less time than I anticipated. Also, it was painless. I followed the instructions, and showed up for my follow up appointment. I received good news that I was healing well. Now we wait for the next step. I'm sure I won't be nervous at all next time! The staff is kind and friendly. I would be happy to recommend them to all my friends.
