Fraud to my account with my health insurance.
You put a claim on my insurance for a COVID test I never had. I don’t know your company and have never been there, nor did I ever had a COVID test. I called the owner on 6 January who apologized for the mistake and would take care of it immediately. Unfortunately I see you still send me a bill the day after. Unacceptable and a disgrace!
