Prices are definitely a little too high, but the customer service is quite good, responded quickly and clearly.
Purchased 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix in December 2012. Things started going wrong almost immediately. I replaced the O-rings, fuel pump, break lines, starter and a couple other things in the next 6 months to the tune of $3200. When I traded it in the next June, the air conditioning, ABS brakes and power steering did not work. Buyer beware. They sell junk.

Friendly and helpful. Found the car we were looking for. Failed to mention a few minor "fix-it" projects.
The vehicle went for paint repair the day and i went to look at it so i never got to see it. When i asked to be called when it returned i never got a call back. I called three days later and they said it should be back soon. Told them to call me when it returned. Three more days passed and so i called again. This time they told me it had sold the day after i called when it returned. Terrible follow through. Higly disappointed.
