Rude staff, not friendly. Walked in to schedule an ultrasound of a breast due to a painful nodule. I had a script from my doctor but they wouldn’t accept it in the email form even seeing it came from my surgeons email. They required my doctor to add a mammogram to the script and other notes and fax it. We simply need an ultrasound. When I first walked in I was not acknowledged right away, instead the two ladies were chatting and I felt ignored. When I was finally acknowledged it was like her attention was elsewhere. Terrible experience. My 2 year old was terrified and the tech had no bedside manner with kids. Was not gentle or comforting, didn't even try and talk to her to help keep her calm. Then we were told we couldn't see our own xray because it would violate hipaa... a lie.
