Really had great service and amazing Estimates on future work to be done. I love the extra effort given by this company. And how knowledgeable the employees are while allowing you to walk through all of their findings with them.
I went into IMB today to have a new catalytic converter put on my 1995 Cadillac Eldorado. I have never EVER in my life been treated as awesome as these people treated me. My grandfather, my dad absolutely swore by IMB that this was the one and ONLY place to go and now I know why. The first phone call I made this morning was to IMB. Took my truck in for new exhaust. They did an amazing job! Fantastic customer service. The guys did great with keeping me involved with the process. My truck sounds badass now!!!!!
I'll tell you what folks, it's rare these days a company takes their time to educate you and chat with you about the what's and what nots of your vehicle. Iowa Muffler does just that and some. Pete, in the midst of working on his own project spent time chatting with me about my truck and even gave me tips on what to do next. I had a custom job done at Iowa Muffler & Breaks, they out did them selves. My 2015 mustang looks and sounds great!!
No other place like them. Great people and service.
Great service and reasonable prices. I plan to go back if I need exhaust work. Took care of a basic old Subaru like it was a show car.
